Our Function Rooms – Verdun

Officers’ Lounge – 180 m²

Capacity: 150 to 200 people
Price: Half-day €925 incl. VAT / Full day €1,850 incl. VAT

Although the Mess building was completely renovated in 2015, prior to the hotel’s opening, certain rooms have retained their original size and layout. This is particularly true of our grand Officers’ Lounge, which once hosted majestic balls organised by senior officers from the surrounding regiments.

Even today, the atmosphere of the place allows one to imagine the evenings that took place there. This lounge is perfectly suited to hosting large groups, weddings or formal receptions.

It is now decorated with period lithographs, offering guests a glimpse of the propaganda prevalent in France during the First World War.

Dupuy Room – 95 m²

Capacity: 19 to 75 people
Price: Half-day €540 incl. VAT / Full day €950 incl. VAT

The Dupuy Room takes its name from Kléber Dupuy, a French officer who, during the Battle of Verdun, made the courageous decision to defend Fort Souville under extreme conditions. Faced with a critical situation, a weakened command and a garrison rendered incapable of fighting, he decided to remain in place and ensure its defence, thereby helping to preserve this strategic site. Reflecting this heritage steeped in history, the Dupuy Room is a versatile space capable of accommodating a larger number of guests. It combines the charm and elegance of the building with great functionality, offering an ideal setting for private dining, corporate meetings or professional events

Venue set-up: Caisse d’Épargne-style seminar

For your meetings and seminars, we offer a U-shaped layout, ideal for encouraging discussion, which can accommodate up to 35 participants (adaptable to suit your group size).

A dedicated table is set up opposite the entrance for the speaker, ensuring visibility and comfort during the presentation.

Every aspect of the set-up meets exacting standards:

  • Perfectly ironed, smooth and evenly positioned tablecloths
  • Desk pads elegantly placed at a precise distance from the edge of the table
  • Notepads arranged with subtlety
  • Pens arranged with precision, in a harmonious line
  • Matching glassware accompanied by coordinating napkins
  • An individual bottle of water, carefully positioned for a flawless presentation
